How to place a Layaway order:

1. Fill out this layaway form. The image name and sizes available can be found on the web site. Layaways require at least a $100.00 print order.
2. You will receive a payment email which will list the amount of the payments and due dates as well as total amount due including shipping and tax.
This is a manual process so give us 24 hours.
3. To submit the order, send in first payment within 7 days after receiving payment email.
4. When all payments have been made, the art will be shipped and a shipping tracking number will be emailed to you.
5. Read layaway terms before ordering.

Layaway Terms:

  • Payment Schedule:
    1. First payment within 7 days of 1/3 of order total.
    2. Second payment of 1/3 of order total after 30 days after order date. Order date will be day I receive the first payment.
    3. Third and final payment of remaining amount will be due 60 days after order date.

  • For order amounts greater than $400.00, you may request, during initial order request, payments over a 90 day period.
  • Seller will not be sending payment reminders. Buyer is responsible to inform seller on any contact information or mailing address change.
  • Layaway merchandise is non-refundable. Some of the layaway terms are different from non layaway orders.
  • Cancellation Charges: You may cancel your layaway within 14 days (day I receive first payment) and receive a 100% refund. If a layaway is cancelled after 14 days, there will be a restocking fee of $50.00. Any remaining funds paid will be refunded as a store credit.
  • Late Payment Charges: If a scheduled payment is more than 10 days late, a $10.00 late fee will be assessed. If any payment is more than 30 days late, the order will be cancelled. The late fees & restocking charge will be deducted from payments made with the remaining funds being given back as a store credit.
  • No price adjustments: The price of any item ordered under layaway plan will be the price of the date the items are ordered.
  • The seller holds all layaway purchases until the balance is paid in full.
  • Seller cannot offer cash refunds on layaway purchases--refunds will be in the form of a store credit for the remaining balance of funds paid, after deducting the restocking fee plus any late fees due.
  • Layaways are not available with orders under $100.00.
  • Checks or other payments returned NSF or for any other reason will be charged a $25.00 fee.
  • By placing an order using any of my layaway plans, you hereby agree to the layaway terms and conditions.
